About me.

I am originally from Detroit, MI, and currently, a Senior at Elon University in North Carolina. I am pursuing a BA in both Strategic Communications and Journalism with a minor in Jewish Studies.

My passion for communications (specifically writing and public speaking) comes from my father who I used to watch write sermons every week and present in front of his congregation. His tone, cadence and love for his craft was and is something I strive to accomplish with my passions.

A love of mine will always be food. From a young age, I learned the importance of mixing ingredients together to create a special experience. I began writing recipes, creating concept menus, designing my dream restaurants, filling shopping carts with potential restaurant equipment, etc. My friends call me a food encyclopedia and you can usually find me buried in a stack of cookbooks going through old highlights and notes.

Upon graduating from Elon, I hope to work for a test kitchen or culinary company where I can show my writing, communication and culinary talents.
